What is your return policy? -You may return order/merchandise within 14 days from the date the order was received. - We will not accept any returned packages without a RMA#, issued by us. - All returned packages MUST be shipped with a tracking number. - Used merchandise can not be returned, NO Exceptions. - Returned merchandise will be charged with a 20% restocking fee of order/item value. - Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless it is the result of our mistake. - You will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges of the returning merchandise. - Return Shipment with COD will NOT be accepted.
PROCEDURE For RETURNS
- Email us at returns@exoticjewelrylasvegas.com in advance and state which order or merchandise will be returned. We will issue you a RMA# which you will include in your return to ensure proper return procedure. - The merchandise MUST be returned in its original packaging to receive a full refund. - Make sure you send the package back to us with a tracking number, we will NOT be held responsible if the shipment is lost. - Refund will be issued only when we receive the returned merchandise. - You will be credited back with the original amount minus shipping costs and re-stocking fees.
MERCHANDISE REPAIR & EXCHANGE -We provide free repair and/or exchange service to the merchandise with Manufacturer defects. No service will be provided to merchandise damaged by negligence. certain merchandise may not be available for immediate exchange, allow approximately 3 weeks for replacement.
